Bloomsburg Athletics

Schuyler was a sportswriter, sports editor and newspaper editor for many years at the Press-Enterprise. The first sporting event he covered was a football game in 1923. He spent 23 years as editor of the paper before retiring in 1970. Schuyler received the Distinguished Service Award in 1970 and is an honorary life member of the Bloomsburg University Alumni Association.
