Marty Coyne

Coyne was a standout on the tennis courts for the Huskies and is the only person to win PSAC titles as both a player and coach. He posted a career singles record of 112-29, which ranks third all-time at Bloomsburg. He was also one of Bloomsburg's first All-American tennis players. Coyne is also one of only three players in PSAC history to win PSAC singles, doubles and team championships all four years of his career. He was a PSAC flight one singles champion two times and a flight one doubles champion three times. He was an NCAA championship tournament participant three consecutive years. With his doubles partner, Dave Superdock, the pair combined to post a record of 46-16. Coyne was also named the university's outstanding underclass male athlete of the year in 1982.
