Though her time with the Bloomsburg University women's soccer team was cut short, Rebecca Creedon is still one of the top forwards to don the Maroon & Gold. Creedon played for Bloomsburg during the 1994 and 1995 seasons before graduating from BU in 1998.
Creedon was named a First Team All-American and First Team All-Region honoree during her freshman campaign before earning Second Team All-America, and First Team All-Region honors the following season. She was a two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) First Team honoree and led the PSAC in scoring both seasons.
Despite missing most of her junior and senior seasons due to a career-ending injury, Creedon held three school records at the time of her graduation. She set the mark for most goals with 20 and points, 46, in a season, and most career goals with 37.
Creedon still ranks fourth all-time at BU in career goals and is sixth in career points (85). Her 20 goals in 1995 are tied for second-most in a single season at Bloomsburg, while her 46 points in 1995 are third-most in a single year.
During her two full seasons, the Huskies went 29-4-3 and were a perfect 18-0 in conference play. The Huskies finished as PSAC runner-up both years.
