Redshirt junior Meghan Corridoni helped the women's basketball team to a 1-1 weekend by averaging 11.0 points and 12.5 rebounds over the course of the two games. She added two assists, four blocks, and two steals in the two contests. In Friday's win at Mansfield, Corridoni tied a season-high with 14 points and posted a career-high 16 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. She was 6-of-10 from the field, 2-of-2 from the foul line, and added three blocks in the victory. Then, in Monday's home loss to Shepherd, Corridoni narrowly missed her second straight double-double as she finished with eight points and nine rebounds.
After missing all of last season with a knee injury, Corridoni is averaging 7.2 points and 5.4 rebounds during the 2019-20 campaign but is posting 11.4 points and 9.4 rebounds over her last five games.
