Greetings from the Bloomsburg Athletic Training Staff. We hope that you have had a safe and enjoyable summer and that you are healthy and ready to return to Bloomsburg. We are looking forward to another great year of Bloomsburg Athletics.

To assist you with completing pre-participation requirements here is some information that you need to know. Each athlete is required to be seen by their physician for a physical examination prior to participation.

As a freshman, transfer, tryout, or new student to Bloomsburg, you will be required to complete a full physical exam by your physician. Returning student-athletes will complete updated medical histories and physicals will be conducted according to medical history.

All paperwork is required to be submitted and received by the Athletic Training Staff no later than August 1. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT YOUR COMPLETED PAPERWORK, PHYSICAL, AND INSURANCE INFORMATION!
