Bloomsburg Athletics

Redshirt freshman Cole Rhone, a transfer from Virginia Tech, competed in his first collegiate matches on Thursday afternoon and posted a pair of victories in a Mid-American Conference (MAC) dual at the University at Buffalo. Rhone, a 133-pounder, got Bloomsburg on the board during the dual with an impressive 2-1 victory over Buffalo's Caleb Svingala for his first career win. He went on to wrestle again in extra matches and pinned Tommy Maddox in overtime for his second win of the afternoon.
