Senior Tara Baney helped the Huskies' softball team earn a split at East Stroudsburg on Saturday as Bloomsburg won game two, 7-5, after dropping game one by a 5-2 final. Not only did Baney go the distance in the circle, but she went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBI at the plate as the Huskies posted the come-from-behind win in the nightcap. Baney allowed four earned runs on seven hits, walked four, and struck out six for her second win of the year. The home run - a two-run blast - was her first of the season and gave the Huskies a 6-3 lead. Her other RBI came on a single that got the Huskies on the board in the top of the fourth, pulling Bloomsburg to within 3-1.Â
