Bloomsburg Athletics

Sophomore Taylor Montana had a stellar week for the Bloomsburg women's basketball team. Over the course of three games, Montana hit double figures in all three and averaged 13.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks in the three contests. Montana shot 16-of-26 (61.5%) from the field and made 9-of-12 (75.0%) from the free throw line during the week. Montana nearly had two double-doubles during the week as she had 15 points and eight rebounds in only 18 minutes against West Chester on Monday night and then had 13 points and nine rebounds at East Stroudsburg on Saturday. Montana has taken over the team lead in both scoring (9.0 ppg) and rebounding (6.1 rpg) this season.
