Burt Reese Tennis Center
Bloomsburg University dedicated its upper campus tennis courts to former coach Burt Reese in a ceremony on Oct. 18, 2014. The dedication comes after a year-long fundraising campaign that totaled more than $500,000 for scholarships. The courts were newly resurfaced in 2015, 2018, and again in the summer of 2024.

The tennis center is one of the premier venues for college tennis in the region, featuring 13 courts, lights, bleacher seating and an observation deck. The tennis offices are also located at the center. Because of its quality, the Burt Reese Tennis Center has frequently been a host to PSAC Championships as well as NCAA Regional Championships.
The Bloomsburg department of athletics and tennis program received a Collegiate Community Hub Award and grant from the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in the summer of 2024. The grant will help defray some of the costs associated with providing tennis programs that are open to the public through the Collegiate Community Hub.
The tennis courts will also receive an upgrade to its light trees with brand new LED light bulbs to enhance the lighting across all courts during the summer of 2025.
