Jan M. Hutchinson Field

Jan M. Hutchinson Field is named in honor of the longtime Huskies softball and field hockey coach. As head field hockey coach, Hutchinson coached the program to 16 national championships and 17 conference titles in 29 years, while as softball coach she is the NCAA Division II all-time leader in career wins and made an NCAA-record 27 consecutive trips to the Division II championships. She also is the winningest college coach in any division with 1,806 combined wins between field hockey and softball.

The field opened in 1996 and offers bleacher seating with spectacular views behind home plate. Fans also can take in games by viewing beyond the outfield fence in right. New windscreens were added in Spring 2015 to give the facility an updated look.
