COMPLETE RESULTS
SLIPPERY ROCK—The Bloomsburg University men's cross country team finished fourth on Friday at the Slippery Rock Mack Cooper Invitational.
The Huskies, who have not had organized practices for almost two weeks due to the closure of Bloomsburg University due to flooding in the area, looked rusty.
Junior
Nick Patton (Canton/Canton) led the Huskies with a 15th place finish on the 8,000 meter course in 27:10, while Nick Liddi was 19th in 27:23.
Kyle Phillips (Waynesboro/Waynesboro) and
Brent Balmer (Lebanon/Cedar Crest) finished third and fourth for the team, 31st and 32nd in the race respectively with Phillips posting a time of 28:04 and Balmer 28:05.
Andrew Morgan (Ulysses/Northern Potter) was fifth for the Huskies in 28:42.
The Huskies race again next Friday at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational.
