COMPLETE RESULTS
BETHLEHEM—The Bloomsburg University men's cross country team finished 39th out of 46 teams at the Paul Short Invitational held Friday at Lehigh University.
Leading the Huskies was
Nick Patton (Canton/Canton) who had a season and career best time of 26:38 for the 8k- course finished 56th in the field of 382.
Patton was followed to the line for Bloomsburg by four freshmen;
Nick Libbi (West Chester/West Chester East) in 27:44 (182nd overall),
Kyle Phillips (Waynesboro/Waynesboro) in 27:57 (201st),
Andrew Morgan (Ulysses/Northern Potter) in 28:52 (270th) and
Aaron Lichtenwalter (Macungie/Emmaus) in 29:14 (283rd).
Brent Balmer (Lebanon/Cedar Crest) was sixth for the Huskies in 29:46 with
Evan Makuvek (Kresgeville/Pleasant Valley) finishing in 30:29.
The Huskies will compete next week in the Jack St. Clair Classic to be held at historic Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia.
