STORYLINE
Bloomsburg seeks a season sweep of PSAC rival Kutztown when it hosts the Golden Bears as part of Homecoming Weekend. The game is an important one in the conference standings with both teams currently at 2-1 in PSAC play thus far. Saturday also marks Bloomsburg's Play 4 The Cure game.

LAST TIME OUT
(Box Score) Bloomsburg knocked off No. 7 East Stroudsburg on Wednesday afternoon at Sports Stadium, 2-1. Felicia Domenici (Kunkletown/Pleasant Valley) scored just over eight minutes into the game off an assist from Candice Smith (Selinsgrove/Selinsgrove) and the Huskies would take a 1-0 lead into halftime. Brittany Matthews took a crossing pass from Domenici for what would be the game's deciding goal at 40:55, soaring the ball over the ESU keeper. The Warriors tallied a goal at 44:06, but the Husky defense held for the victory. The win avenged an earlier loss to ESU last month.

SCOUTING KUTZTOWN
The Golden Bears opened the season on a roll, winning their first three games of the year before falling in three straight to even their record. Included in that three-game losing streak was a 5-0 home loss to Bloomsburg on Sept. 24, but Kutztown rebounded with a victory over Slippery Rock in its next outing. KU won at Mercyhurst, 5-4, in its last time out. Kutztown previously was nationally-ranked, holding a No. 9 ranking when the Huskies traveled to KU last month.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Bloomsburg leads, 51-3-3.

LAST MEETING
(Box Score) Bloomsburg scored a 5-0 victory at Kutztown University Field on Sept. 24 in a match that did not count toward PSAC standings. Sam Peters (Yeagerstown/Mifflin County) recorded a hat trick to power the Husky offensive attack while Samantha Facciolla (Holland/Council Rock South) and Felicia Domenici (Kunkletown/Pleasant Valley) each added a goal as well. Megan Eppley (Camp Hill/Camp Hill) made two saves to earn the shutout victory in the cage.

PLAY 4 THE CURE
Fans are encouraged to wear pink to Saturday's game as part of the Huskies support of Play 4 The Cure. Donations will also be accepted which will go toward the American Cancer Society.

IN THE RANKINGS
Bloomsburg ranks No. 6 in the latest Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II national coaches' poll. The Huskies defeated No. 7 East Stroudsburg on Wednesday.

DOMENICI DOMINATING
Junior forward Felicia Domenici (Kunkletown/Pleasant Valley) continued her strong season play on Wednesday by adding her 11th goal of the year and an assist in Wednesday's victory. She ranks first in the PSAC in goals per game this season, scoring 1.1 goals per contest – one of only two players in the PSAC averaging over a goal per game along with ESU's Ally Roth (1.091).

THIRD TIME IS THE CHARM
The Huskies are seeking their first three-game winning streak of the season. Bloomsburg has won back-to-back games over Mansfield and No. 7 East Stroudsburg. The Huskies have won back-to-back games three times on the year.

UP NEXT
Bloomsburg continues its four-game homestand by hosting Slippery Rock on Tuesday inside Sports Stadium at 4:00 p.m.
