STORYLINE
After a 2-1 overtime win over IUP on Tuesday, the Huskies prepare to play the Mercyhurst Lakers in their last game of the regular season. Saturday's game will serve as preparation for the postseason as the Huskies work toward their PSAC playoff match next week.

LAST TIME OUT
(Box Score) The Huskies beat IUP on Tuesday, 2-1 in overtime. Sam Peters (Yeagerstown/Mifflin County) scored the first goal for the Huskies in the 20th minute unassisted. In overtime Laura Gerhard (Catasauqua/Catasauqua) scored the game-winning goal off a penalty corner made by Jaclyn Beasley (Berlin, NJ/Eastern). Megan Eppley (Camp Hill/Camp Hill) earned the victory in the cage for Bloomsburg.

SCOUTING MERCYHURST
The Lakers are currently fifth in the conference with a 9-8 record and a 4-5 mark in PSAC. Mercyhurst's leading scorer Blair Pembleton leads the Lakers with 11 out of the 45 goals scored by MU so far this season. Mercyhurst's Jess Wess is fourth overall for saves made in a game with an average of 5.71. Mercyhurst comes into Saturday's contest on a hot streak, winning three of its past four games. The Lakers lost to West Chester, but won against Bellarmine, Slippery Rock and Mansfield during the stretch.

LAST MEETING
(Box Score) The Huskies defeated the Lakers at Sports Stadium last year, 6-2, on Sept. 15. Jenna DiSabatino (Mountain Top/Crestwood) scored two goals, Cassie DiSabatino (Mountain Top/Crestwood) scored one, and Alexis Weber (Bear, DE/William Penn) scored three goals in the game. Megan Eppley (Camp Hill/Camp Hill) had four saves. The Huskies had 36 shots compared to the Lakers' 11.

Huskies starting goalie Megan Eppley is currently ranked fifth in PSAC for saves at 63 for the season. Hercareer saves total up to 165.

HUSKIES STAT LEADERS
Felicia Domenici is not only ranked as the lead scorer on the Huskies, but she is also third in the PSAC for total goals with 14. Domenici is five goals behind first-place Ally Roth from East Stroudsburg who currently has scored 19 goals in the 17 games she has played. Brittany Mathews (Reedsville/Indian Valley) ranks second on the team with nine goals and 24 total points while Sam Peters (Yeagerstown/Mifflin County) now has five goals and 11 total points.

PSAC PLAYOFFS
Locked into the PSAC playoffs are Shippensburg, Millersville, West Chester, and Bloomsburg. While the last two teams in the six-team bracket are to be determined, Shippensburg and Millersville both have clinched a bye through the first round. Bloomsburg is locked into the fourth seed and will host a first round game vs. an opponent to be determined at Sports Stadium on Tuesday at 4 p.m. PSAC ticket rates apply.
