LAST TIME OUT
> The Huskies won their 23rd straight PSAC East game in thrilling fashion, 65-64, on Saturday at Shippensburg on a game-winning layup from senior Marla Simmons (Lebanon/Cedar Crest) with 13 seconds to play.

> Simmons scored a career high 30 points on 13-of-20 shooting including a career best three 3-pointers.

> Bloomsburg shot 50.0 percent from the floor (26-of-52), the second-best shooting day of the year for the Huskies behind only the 52.1 percent (25-48) shot in the win over California (PA) on Jan. 4.

> Senior Jocelyn Ford (Lansing, NY/Lansing) returned to the starting lineup after missing two games due to injury.

SCOUTING PHILA U
The Rams have won four straight games – vs. Caldwell (81-66), Georgian Court (79-51) and Dominican (N.Y.) (78-66), and Wilmington (87-69), all at home. Philadelphia has been dominant at its Gallagher Center, posting a perfect 10-0 record on its home floor including wins in each of its four contests as part of six straight games at home.

Philadelphia is powered by guard Najah Jacobs who is third in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) scoring at over 20 points per game. In the post, forward Tori Arnao is dominant on the boards at 9.6 rebounds per game, ranking fourth in the CACC this season.

The Rams rank in the top five of the CACC in field goal percentage (41.9%, 1st), 3-point percentage (37.1, 1st), free throws made per game (14.9, 2nd), offensive rebounds per game (14.8, 2nd), rebound margin (+1.2, 2nd), free throw attempts per game (23.1, 3rd), and points per game (71.2, 3rd).

Led by legendary head coach Tom Shirley who entered the year with the seventh-highest win total in Division II with 661 career victories and one of 41 women's basketball coaches in NCAA history to surpass the 600-win plateau, Philadelphia has posted 18 20-win seasons including last year under Shirley.

LAST MEETING / SERIES HISTORY
Philadelphia leads 9-8

This will mark the third straight season in which the Huskies and Rams have met and fifth out of the past six years. The recent series has been exciting - three out of the past four games have been decided by five points or less including last year's 85-82 win for Bloomsburg at Nelson Field House.

In the last meeting, Philadelphia led for nearly the entire second half, but the Huskies rallied from nine down with 5:42 to play thanks to a late 11-0 run. Jocelyn Ford (Lansing, NY/Lansing) put the Huskies ahead for good with a 3-pointer for an 81-80 lead with 56 seconds to play. Bloomsburg picked up a defensive stop and Adreana Sadowski (Fleetwood/Brandywine Heights) pulled down the rebound on the other end, and Catherine Noack (Bethlehem/Liberty) put the game away with free throws. Ford had a career high 24 points while Sadowski netted 20. Najah Jacobs scored a game-high 26 points while Bria Young had 16 points off the bench for the Rams.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
> 3 - Adreana Sadowski (Fleetwood/Brandywine Heights) needs three more blocks to move into the top five all-time in BU history. She enters Thursday's game with 106 career swats, with Lauren Ellis' 109 just ahead.

> 4 - Bloomsburg has won the PSAC East outright in each of the past four years. The only other time that has happened was by the 1988-91 Huskies teams. No other school has accomplished the feat. If the Huskies could win a fifth this season, it would set an all-time PSAC East record.

> 10 - The Huskies have won 10 straight games entering Thursday. Bloomsburg has had a winning streak of at least nine games in the past five straight seasons - four of those streaks being 12 wins in a row or more.

> 14.8 - Marla Simmons (Lebanon/Cedar Crest) is averaging 14.8 points along with 6.4 rebounds per game during the Huskies' 10-game winning streak. During that stretch, she's shot 46.6 percent from the floor, 47.1 percent from 3-pointers and 88.0 percent at the foul line.

> 20 - In 14 of 19 games this season, the Huskies have forced 20 or more turnovers by opponents.

> 23 - Bloomsburg has won 23 consecutive games over PSAC East opponents. That ties the all-time conference record for consecutive divisional wins under the current alignment, matching the 23 straight wins scored by Edinboro against the PSAC West from 2011-2012. The Huskies can break the record with a win Saturday. The previous best streak against the PSAC East in BU school history was a 21-game winning streak between 1989-91.

> 40.2% - During their current 10-game winning streak, the Huskies are shooting 40.2 percent from beyond the arc. Prior to the holiday break, Bloomsburg shot 30.2 percent from 3-pointers.

> 76.4% - The Huskies lead the PSAC in free throw percentage, averaging 76.4 percent at the charity stripe (262-for-343).
