Falk scored two of the five and also added an assist. Slippery Rock briefly cut the lead to 10-5 with back-to-back goals, but Bloomsburg closed the half with scores from Moley and Kyne to make the score 12-5 at the break.
Â
Kyne started the second half with a goal giving the Huskies their biggest lead of the game at 13-5. The Rock, though, came back with two straight scores to briefly make it a six-goal game at 13-7. But
Carly Ball (Lansdale/North Penn) scored on a free position attempt and Falk scored her sixth goal of the contest to put the lead back to eight at 15-7 with 13:52 to play.
Â
The rest of the way saw the team's alternate scores with Slippery Rock scoring at the final horn to make the final 19-12.
Â
Along with Falk's six goals and two assists, Kyne scored five times, while Ball added three and Moley two. Moley also added a game-high four assists.
