Austin Transue (Langhorne/Neshaminy) scored the game's only goal in the 93
rd minute to lead the Bloomsburg University men's soccer team to a 1-0 win over New York Institute of Technology on Saturday at Steph Pettit Stadium. Â The win keeps the Huskies perfect on the year at 2-0.

Transue scored the game winner in the third minute of overtime when he ran down a ball and beat the Bears goalie sliding it past him as he dove to the right.

The game was back and forth throughout with the Bears getting five shots on goal in the opening half compared to three for the Huskies, while in the second half Bloomsburg held an 8-5 edge in shots.

The game winning shot by Transue was the second of the overtime session with
Mike Bamford (Doylestown/Central Bucks West) also getting a shot in the extra period.

Taylor LeSage (Collegeville/Methacton) won his second straight start making four saves on the day.
