STORYLINE
Bloomsburg comes into the match currently sitting in fifth place in the PSAC standings which would be good enough for a postseason berth. The Huskies will look to keep the momentum they received from beating IUP on Saturday into the final two regular season games coming up this week. Slippery Rock comes in tied for seventh in the PSAC and will try to sneak into the sixth and final playoff spot with a win over the Huskies. The Rock only trail Kutztown by one game in the standings.

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg was able to get by IUP on Saturday by a score of 1-0 at Steph Pettit Stadium. Senior
Sam Peters (Harrisburg, Pa./Mifflin County) scored the lone goal just 5:11 into the contest when she collected a rebound off of a blocked shot and fired a backhander into a wide-open cage. This was Peters' team leading 10th goal of the season. Senior
Lindsay Cassel (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) made two saves en route to her ninth shutout of the year.
Slippery Rock dropped a 2-1 decision to IUP on Sunday. After trailing early, The Rock tied the match when Savanna Robinson found the back of the cage in the 25th minute. Then, with less than two minutes remaining in the game IUP scored the game winner. Nicole Bream recorded 13 saves in the loss for Slippery Rock.
ABOUT BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg is ranked seventh in this week's Penn Monto/National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA) coaches poll. The Huskies have maintained an 11-5 record overall and a 5-3 PSAC record on the season. The Huskies have outscored their opponents by a margin of 39-11. The Huskies' 39 goals are tied for third in the PSAC. Senior
Sam Peters (Harrisburg, Pa./Mifflin County) has led the way all season for the Huskies on offense as she leads the team in goals (10) and in points (22). Peters has scored in five straight games and her 10 goals are tied for second most in the conference. Freshman Ali Mckay is second on the team in scoring with 14 points by way of six goals and two assists. Junior

Abby Sauder (Mount Joy, Pa./Donegal) (5g, 1a) both are third on the team in scoring with 11 points this year. Sophomore
Erica Krebs (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia) has also contributed four goals for the Huskies. Senior
Lindsay Cassel (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) has continued to be dominant in net by playing every minute and posting a record of 11-5. Cassel is third in the PSAC conference in goals against average (0.67) and is second in save percentage (.869) and in shutouts (9).
ABOUT SLIPPERY ROCK
Slippery Rock comes into the match with a 6-10 overall record and a 3-5 mark in PSAC action on the season. The Rock currently sit only one game outside the top six in the conference and will look to sneak into the playoffs with wins in their final two games. The Rock are led by Megan McKay who is currently third in the conference in scoring with 24 points and sits in a tie for second in the PSAC with 10 goals on the year. Kailee Krupski (1g, 6a) and Savanna Robinson (3g, 2a) both are second on the team in scoring with eight points each. Renee Rosenblum also has added three goals and one assist this season with seven points for The Rock. Nicole Bream has played every minute for The Rock and has earned a 6-10 record with three shutouts on the season. Bream is fourth in the PSAC with 6.25 saves per game.
