STORYLINE
The Huskies look to pick up a big non-conference win at home over Indiana on Thursday night (Nov. 16). The Hoosiers are the only Big Ten opponent on the schedule for the Huskies this season. The Hoosiers received one vote in the most recent Top 25 poll. Projected starters for the Huskies will be
Willy Girard (Williamstown, Pa/Williams Valley) at 125,
Andy Schutz (Exeter, Pa./Wyoming Area) at 133,
Braden Stahlnecker (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) at 141, either
Evan Campbell (Berwick, Pa./Central Columbia) or
Ryan Stocku (Media, Pa./Penncrest) at 149, Kevin Laubach, Jr. at 157, either
Nate Newberry (Biglerville, Pa./Biglerville) or
Anthony Vetrano (Middletown, N.J./Middletown North) at 165,

LAST TIME OUT
The Huskies split their dual matches at the Mountaineer Duals on Saturday (Nov. 11), shutting out Davidson 43-0 and losing to Appalachian State 28-7. The Huskies earned their second consecutive shutout of Davidson in program history (Nov. 6, 2016 35-0) behind five decisions, one major decision, three wins by fall and one win by forfeit. Laubach earned a 4-2 decision to start it off, followed by a 4-0 decision at 165 by Newberry. Murphy earned a win by decision at 174 with an identical score of 4-2. At 184 pounds, Allard broke the streak of wins by decision with a pin at 5:49. Womelsdorf earned the second straight win by fall at 197 in 4:49, extending the lead to 21-0 before Graeber earned a win by forfeit at 285. Turning the lineup over to 125 pounds, Girard earned the third win by fall in just 2:53 to extend Bloomsburg's lead to 33-0. Schutz earned a 14-1 major decision at 133, before Stahlnecker earned his first collegiate win with a 6-4 decision at 141. Campbell put the finishing touches on the shutout with a 3-1 decision at 149.
Against Appalachian State, the Huskies fell down 20-0 on four wins by decision and two wins by major decision. Girard got Bloomsburg on the board at 125 pounds with a 16-0 technical fall win in 4:07. Schutz continued the momentum with a 15-6 major decision at 133, before Appalachian State's Irvin Enriquez, Jr. (9-1) and Gavin Londoff (10-1) earned major decisions at 141 and 149 to seal the victory. Two points were deducted from Bloomsburg's team score at the conclusion of the match due to misconduct.
Indiana's last competition came at the Clarion Open back on Nov. 5, where the Hoosiers finished third with a total of 84.5 points. IU also had three place-winners in sophomore Devin Skatzka (174 pounds, 2
nd place), junior Cole Weaver (141 pounds, 3
rd place) and junior Fletcher Miller (285 pounds, 3
rd place). Skatzka's day included three bonus-point wins, while Miller won three matches each by a first-period fall.
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Girard and Schutz are both 2-0 in dual competition, with eight other wrestlers having one win. Overall on the season, Schutz is a team-best 6-2, while Graeber and Allard each have five wins. Newberry has four wins on the season all at 165, while three other Huskies have three wins apiece. In total, eight wrestlers have a season record at or above .500. Schutz leads the team in both wins by fall (3) and wins by major decision (2). Girard, Allard and Womelsdorf each have two pins on the season. Girard has also recorded the lone tech fall for the Huskies.
SCOUTING INDIANA
This will be the first dual match of the season for the Hoosiers. Projected starters for the Hoosiers will be Elijah Oliver (125), either Garrett Pepple or Brandon James (133), Weaver (141), either Davey Tunon or Austin Holmes (149), Jake Danishek (157), Bryce Martin (165), Skatzka (174), either Norman Conley or Jake Hinz (184), Jake Kleimola (197) and Fletcher Miller (285). Oliver (125), Weaver (141) and Miller (285) each have a team-high four wins on the year. Of attached wrestlers, Miller's three falls are also a team-high. Three Hoosiers have two wins by fall, while four others have recorded one. Oliver leads the team in major decisions with three.
