STORYLINE
The Bloomsburg University field hockey team looks to snap a four-game losing streak as the Huskies travel to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) opponent Seton Hill on Saturday, October 19. Bloomsburg enters the game 3-10 overall and 0-5 in the conference while the Griffins are 1-9 on the year and 0-5 in conference action. The Huskies are coming off a tough 2-0 loss to #2 East Stroudsburg on Thursday while the Griffins dropped a 3-0 decision to IUP on Wednesday.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES
The Huskies own a 16-0 all-time series lead over Seton Hill, including a 5-0 win over the Griffins early this year in a non-conference contest. In the all-time series, Bloomsburg has outscored the Griffins 87-6, including 10 shutouts.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg enters the contest with a 3-10 overall record and an 0-5 mark in the PSAC. The Huskies are coming off of a tough 2-0 loss to #2 East Stroudsburg on Thursday. The Huskies are currently ninth in the conference in scoring, averaging 1.308 goals per game. Leading the Bloomsburg offense is sophomore Foto Tsioles (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) with 13 points behind six goals and an assist. Junior Cheyenne Ott (Mount Bethel, Pa./Bangor) has a team best two assists to go with two goals for six points on the year. Bloomsburg is eighth in the conference with a 2.31 goals against average. Freshman Abby Shaffer (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) has started 10 games in net for the Huskies and sports a 2.51 goals against average while junior Hannah Barnard (Vestal, N.Y./Vestal) has appeared in seven games, making three starts, and has a 1.60 GAA. Shaffer has 56 saves on the year while Barnard has collected 36 stops after she posted nine saves against East Stroudsburg.
 
SCOUTING SETON HILL
The Griffins are 1-9 on the year and 0-5 in PSAC action. Seton Hill's lone win on the year came against Frostburg State in overtime on September 25. The Griffins are last in the conference in scoring as they average .60 goals a game. Leading Seton Hill offensively is Wynnsome Gadson and Gabriella Oxley with two goals each while Gadson, Nicole Susi, and Colleen Roy each have a pair of assists. Seton Hill is 10th in the conference in goals against as the Griffins have a 4.10 GAA as a team this year. Elizabeth Armbruster and Emma Jorgensen have split time in goal this year for the Griffins. Armbruster has played in eight games while making seven starts and has a 3.75 GAA. Armbruster has a .716 save percentage after making 58 saves so far this year. Jorgensen has a 4.56 GAA in six games for the Griffins and has made 40 saves this year.

Bloomsburg wraps up its three-game road trip as the Huskies head to Millersville University of Tuesday, October 22 for a 6:00 p.m. PSAC contest. The Marauders are currently 10-3 on the year and 2-3 in conference action. Millersville hosts Slippery Rock on Saturday, October 19.
