BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg University football team had three players honored by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) with all-conference accolades as announced by the league office Wednesday.

The Huskies had three PSAC East defensive first team honorees while earning a fourth spot on the offensive second team. Senior
Michael Allen (Oley, Pa./Fleetwood) picked up a pair of accolades – first team return specialist and second team wide receiver, redshirt senior
Alex Annan (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) was named a first team linebacker, and junior
Alex Findura (Stockbridge, Ga./Woodland) rounded out the selections with a first team defensive lineman honor.

Allen is a four-time All-PSAC East second team wide receiver as he picked up the honor all four seasons on the field for the Huskies. This year, Allen started all 11 games for the Huskies and led the team in receiving with 56 catches for 817 yard and seven scores for the year. His catches and receiving yards were both career bests for Allen. The senior had his statistically best game of the year against Mercyhurst as he hauled in eight catches for 166 yards and a pair of scores. Allen had three games of at least 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Allen had his longest catch of the season with a 65 catch against Lock Haven on Homecoming. Allen added a first-team All-PSAC East honor as a kick return specialist as well this year. Allen had eight punt returns for 131 yards and one touchdown. Allen ran back a punt against Edinboro for 65 yards and the score. He finished his final season as a Husky with 992 all-purpose yards. In his career, Allen racked up 2,463 receiving yards on 179 catches and 23 touchdowns. He also returned 39 punts for 441 yards and a score. Allen is now fourth on Bloomsburg's all-time receiving list.

Annan earned his first all-conference accolades of his career as he was named to the All-PSAC East First Team as a linebacker. Annan played in all 11 games for the Huskies this year and led the team with 71 total tackles and 36 solo. Annan racked up 7.5 tackles for loss and forced one fumble. He posted double-digit tackles against Shippensburg with 11 while recording at least one TFL in six games this season. Annan had one sack for five yards this year against Shippensburg. Annan finished his career with the Huskies with 252 tackles and 25.0 TFL (89 yards). In four years, Annan had 6.0 sacks, one pass defended, six forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

Findura capped his breakout campaign for the Huskies with an All-PSAC East first team honor as a defensive lineman. Findura collected 57 tackles, including a team-leading 16.5 tackles for loss for 48 yards. The junior also collected 7.0 sacks and four quarterback hurries. Findura blocked a kick and in the Huskies' 22-17 win at East Stroudsburg, Findura recorded his first-career safety. Findura posted at least one TFL in every game but two for Bloomsburg and had a career-best 12 tackles against Stonehill to open the year. In his career, Findura has 73 tackles, 22.0 TFL, and 9.5 total sacks. He has forced a pair of fumbles in his career and recovered two.

 Bloomsburg finished the 2019 season with a 5-6 overall record and took fifth place in the PSAC Eastern Division standings with a 3-4 divisional mark.
