Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/) won the No. 2 singles match 6-3, 1-6, 10-8.

Albert Martin (Barcelona/Instituto Menendez y Pelayo) took the first set of No. 3 singles match 7-6, before falling 6-3, 10-3 in the lose to Akarsh Gaonkar.

Jaime Soria (Pamplona, Spain/Liceo Monjardin) fell in similar fashion to Aaron Thompson in the No. 5 singles contest, losing 4-6, 6-3, 10-5.

The Huskies begin conference play on Saturday, March 23 as they host Shepherd University at Burt Reese Tennis Center.
