WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The No. 3 Bloomsburg women's tennis team fell to No. 2 West Chester, 4-0, in the opening round of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament Tuesday afternoon.

The Rams got out to an early lead in the match with the doubles point. West. Chester won 6-2 at No. 3 doubles and 6-3 at No.1 doubles. The No. 2 doubles match was left unfinished.

West Chester won at No. 1, No. 3, and No. 6 singles to clinch the match win and advance to the conference semifinals.
Nicole Ilkovic (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy High School) won her first set, 7-6, at No. 2 singles but the match was left unfinished.
Jen McDonald (Melbourne, Australia/Brentwood Secondary College) also won her first set, 6-2, at No. 5 singles, but was abandoned after the match was clinched.

Lexi Quackenbush (Pittsburgh, PA/Fox Chapel) had a strong match at No. 1 singles, though fell 7-5, 7-5, to Delaney Tingle.

The Huskies wrap up their season 13-9 while the Golden Rams improved to 9-10 on the year. West Chester will face the top-seed from the West, IUP, on Friday at Bloomsburg.
