BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Bloomsburg women's tennis won its fifth-straight match and posted it's second-straight shutout with a 7-0 win over Kutztown, Thursday afternoon.

Jen McDonald (Melbourne, Australia/Brentwood Secondary College) and
Lily Sierka () set the tone early with a 6-0 win at the No. 3 doubles before
Dasha Nakonechna (Spain/IOC) and
Lia-Sophie Seele (Mülheim, NRW, Germany/Luisenschule) clinched the point with a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles.
Lexi Quackenbush (Pittsburgh, PA/Fox Chapel) and
Nicole Ilkovic (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy High School) completed the sweep with a 7-5 win at No. 1 doubles.

Nakonechna won her second match of the day with a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 5 singles. Sierka won at no. 6 singles to give the Huskies a 3-0 lead with a 6-0, 6-0 victory. Seele clinched the win with a 6-0, 6-1 wina t No. 4 singles.

Ilkovic won 6-2. 6-4 at No. 2 singles and Quackenbush picked up a 7-5. 3-6, 1-0 (10-5) win at No. 1 singles and McDonald completed the sweep with a 6-3, 7-6 (8-6), 1-0 (10-7) win at No. 3 singles.

The Huskies return to action on Saturday when they host Millersville for their Senior Day match at the Burt Reese Tennis Center at 4:00 p.m.
