BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Head coach Frank Sheptock and the Bloomsburg football team have unveiled their 11-game schedule for the 2025 regular season. The Huskies will play five home games at Danny Hale Field at Redman Stadium.

After being picked to finish eighth in the PSAC East last year, the Huskies exceeded expectations with a 6-5 record and a third-place finish. This season, they look to build on that success and return standout All-PSAC East performer Jerry Griffen-Batchler (Norristown, Pa./Germantown Academy) to lead the offense.

Season Opener and Road Stretch
Bloomsburg kicks off its season on Thursday, September 4, with a road game against Fairmont State—the second time the teams have met in three seasons. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. in Fairmont, W. Va.

The road trip continues on Saturday, September 13, when the Huskies travel to Greensburg, Pa., to face Seton Hill in a PSAC East/West crossover matchup at 12:00 p.m.

Home Opener and Special Events
The Huskies return to Redman Stadium for their home opener on Saturday, September 20, against Edinboro at 2:00 p.m. During halftime, Bloomsburg Athletics will recognize all student-athletes, coaches, and teams who earned honors during the 2024-25 winter and spring seasons.

On Saturday, September 27, Bloomsburg hits the road again to face Shippensburg in its PSAC East opener.

The team returns home on October 4 to take on Lock Haven at 2:00 p.m. This game will serve as both the Husky Legacy Club Game and the annual Think Pink game. During the event, Bloomsburg will honor the championship teams from 1985 (40th anniversary), 1995 (30th), 2000 (25th), 2005 (20th), and 2010 (15th). Additional details about the alumni celebration will be announced in the coming weeks.

Midseason Highlights
The Huskies will travel to East Stroudsburg for a 6:05 p.m. kickoff on October 11, during the Warriors' Homecoming celebration.

Bloomsburg's Homecoming/Parents & Supporters Weekend will take place October 17–19. The Huskies will host Shepherd on Saturday, October 18, with a 2:00 p.m. kickoff. The university will honor the 43rd Hall of Fame Class and other notable alumni during the game and halftime ceremonies. The weekend concludes on Sunday, October 19, with the 43rd Annual Bloomsburg Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Luncheon. More information, including registration details, will be available in mid-May.

Season Finale and Championship Implications
The Huskies hit the road for two final away games against Millersville (October 25, 12:00 p.m.) and West Chester (November 1, 12:00 p.m.), before closing out the regular season with two home contests.

Bloomsburg will host Kutztown on Saturday, November 8, at 2:00 p.m. The regular season finale is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, at 12:00 p.m., potentially against Slippery Rock in the PSAC Championship Game. Final opponents for the championship will depend on the top seeds from the PSAC East and West divisions. The contest on November 16 will also serve as the Huskies' Senior Day and Military Appreciation game.

Spring Game and Alumni Festivities
The spring season wraps up this Saturday, April 26, with the Annual Maroon & Gold Game at Redman Stadium. Admission is free and open to all fans. Following the game, the Husky Legacy Club will host its inaugural Alumni Flag Football Game, also at Redman Stadium. Fans are encouraged to stay and cheer on former Huskies in action.
