The Huskies' defense forced a 3-and-out thanks to a pair of incomplete passes. The Huskies started their drive on their 31-yard line after the punt and got down to the Edinboro 36. Edinboro responded with the Fighting Scots last touchdown of the game, a 29-yard catch in the back corner of the end zone to cut the lead to 20-18 with 6:32 to play in the third quarter.

The Huskies kept their foot on the gas and pushed the lead back to two scores, 27-18, thanks to a 12-play, 73 yard drive that took 5:36. Riley and Griffen-Batchler connected again, this time for a 23-yard score and Johnson converted his third extra point of the game.

Bloomsburg forced a punt on the Fighting Scots' next possession and took over at their 20-yard line. The Huskies went right to the run game and churned out a 14-play, 80-yard drive that took 8:18 off of the clock and ended with a seven-yard touchdown run from Brower. The Huskies ran the ball 13 times during the drive, with their longest rush going for 11 yards by Zimmerman. Bloomsburg had a third down just twice in the drive, both for short yardage. On 1st-and-goal from the seven, Brower got the pitch back from Riley and went seven yards for the score. Johnson made his fourth extra point of the day, and Bloomsburg held a 34-18 lead with 4:17 to play.

Edinboro fumbled the following kickoff, and Joe Alu (York, Pa./Central York) recovered the loose ball at the Edinboro 35 as the Huskies took over. Bloomsburg went 3-and-out but took another 1:44 off the clock to drain it to 2:33 left in regulation. Corros sacked the Edinboro quarterback for a loss of five yards on the first play and the Huskies defensive line stopped Marchitelli at the line of scrimmage to put the Fighting Scots at 3rd-and15 from their own 15-yard line. Marchitelli connected with Junior Aderomilehin for an 11-yard reception, but Garcia kept him from getting a first down. Marchietlli attempted a pass on 4th-and-4 but Dylan Clair (Harleysville, Pa./La Salle College HS) and Ian Donohue (Schuylkill Haven, Pa./Blue Mountain) pressured the quarterback as he threw it away and the Fighting Scots turned it over on downs.
