2025 (XC): Took sixth overall with a time of 18:55.4 at the Doug Watts Open (5K) (09/06) ... finished ninth overall with a time of 23:41.3 at the Kutztown DII/III Challenge (6K) (09/13) ... ran a 22:54.8 to take 38th overall at the LHU Open (6K) (09/27) ... finished 129th overall with a time of 23:00.0 at the Paul Short Run (6K) (10/03) ... earned second-team all-conference honors with a 19th-place finish at 23:21.1 at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (6K) (10/25) ... finished 67th overall at the NCAA DII Region Championships (6K) with a time of 23:04.4 (11/08).

2025 (Outdoor): Finished 11th overall in the 800 with a time of 2:29.01 and eigth in the 1500 with a time of 5:02.72 at the Jim Taylor Duals (03/28-29) ... ran an 18:00.48 to finish second in the 5000 at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival (04/04-05) ... finished third overall with a time of 18:22.06 in the 5000 at the Maroon & Gold Invite (04/25) ... finished 11th overall with a time of 18:56.71 in the 5000 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (05/08-10).

2024-25 (Indoor): Finished third in the mile run with a time of 5:33.28 at the River Hawk Invite (01/18) ... took 18th overall with a time of 5:28.84 in the mile and helped the 4x800 relay team to a sixth place finish with a time of 10:24.30 at the Gulden Invite (01/25) ... finished sixth overall with a time of 10:33.80 in the 3000 at the Bison Open and Multi (01/31-02/01) ... took 26th overall in the mile with a time of 5:20.15 at the Fastrack National Invite (02/07) ... took second overall with a time of 5:15.85 in the mile and 14th in the 800 with a time of 2:31.96 at the YSU Last Chance Meet (02/14) ... finished fourth overall in the 3000 with a time of 10:19.22 and helped the DMR team to a seventh-place finish with a time of 12:38.64 at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. 

2024 (XC): Took 45th overall at the Kutztown DII/III Challenge (6K) with a time of 25:42.4 (09/13) ... finished 88th overall with a time of 23:38.8 at the LHU XC Invite (6K) (09/28) ... finished 259th overall with a time of 24:34.5 at the Lewis Crossover (3.71M) (10/12) ... finished 36th overall at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (6K) with a time of 23:48.7 (10/26) ... took 61st overall at the NCAA DII Regional Championship (11/09) with a time of 22:41.0.

2024 (Outdoor): Open the season with a third-place finish in the 1,500 with a time of 5:00.58 at the Mid Week Quad Meet hosted Bloomsburg (03/27) ... finished seventh in the 800 with a time of 2:28.64 and fifth in the 1500 with a time of 5:00.10 at the Jim Taylor Invite (04/05-06) ... took 29th overall with a time of 18:22.28 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (04/12-14) ... finished 19th overall at the Bucknell Team Challenge in the 1500 with a time of 4:59.61 (04/20) ... ran a 4:53.61 to finish fourth overall at the Maroon and Gold Invite (04/27) ... finished 11th overall in the 5,000 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 18:14.52 (05/03-05).

2023-24 (Indoor): Took fourth in the mile run with a time of 5:25.02 at the Susquehanna Early Season Multi and Invite (12/08-09) ... took 10th in the mile run at the Spartan Invite (01/12) ... finished sixth overall in the 3000 at the Gulden Invite with a time of 10:34.17 (01/20) ... ran a 3:10.81 in the 1000 to finish third and helped the DMR team to a fifth-place finish with a time of 12:39.29 at the Bison Open and Multi (01/26-27) ... finished eighth overall with a time of 2:26.45 in the 800 and 10th with a time of 5:21.09 in the mile at the Utica Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (02/03) ... ran a 2:25.21 in the 800 to finish 45th at the Fastrack National Invite (02/09) ... took sixth overall in the 3000 at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship at 10:24.58 (02/18-19).
