Ran a career-best 3:12.47 in 1000-meters at the Wagner College Seahawk Invitational (12/9) ... Posted a qualifying mark in the mile at 5:26.18 in the Bison Opener (12/4).
2015-16 (OUTDOOR)Â Finished 18th at the PSAC Championships at 1500-meters in 5:05.31 (5/14)...Was also part of the 4 x 800 relay team that finished fourth at PSACs in 9:37.80 (5/14)...Competed in the 1500-meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic finishing in a time of 5:00.04 (4/16)...Placed 16th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:26.46 at the Coach P Open (4/10)...Finished the 800-meter run in a time of 2:30.48 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/26)... Qualified for PSACs in the 1500-meters with a time of 4:59.13 (3/26).
2015-16 (INDOOR) Competed in the 800-meter run and finished with a time of 2:26.12 at the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/28)...In the 800-meter run, ran a 2:25.14 at the Bison Tune-Up (2/12)... Ran a PR in the mile at the Bison Open and Multi with a time of 5:35.41 (1/30)... Finished the 800-meter with a time of 2:29.40 at the YSU Invitational (2/6)...
2014-15 (OUTDOOR) Ran the 800-meter run with a time of 2:33.43 to place sixth in the event and placed seventh in the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:45.48 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Placed 90th in the 800 with a time of 2:31.03, placed 59th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:01.90 and was also a member of the 4x800 meter relay which placed 11th with a time of 10:25.31 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Took 16th in the 1500 with a time of 5:13.28 at the All - American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18)
2014-15 (INDOOR): Was part of the 4x800 meter relay race that finished with a time of 10:15.21 in the 2014-15 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/28)...
2014 (OUTDOOR): Ran the 800-meter in 2:40.30 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22)...
2013-14 (INDOOR): Ran the 800-meter in 2:45.05 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the mile in 6:08.48 at the 2014 Gulden Invitational (1/25)... Ran a 2:30.67 in the 800-meter at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Finished 13th out of 42 in the mile run with a time of 5:42.25 at the Susquehanna Indoor Open (2/20)... Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team with a finishing time of 10:15.21 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
