Qualified for PSAC Championships in the 5000-meter run at the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell University, taking sixth at 18:51.07 (1/21).
2016 (OUTDOOR) Earned a podium finish in the Steeplechase at the PSAC Championships taking sisxth in 11:26.80 (5/13)...Posted a career-best time of 11:23.32 in the Steeplechase at Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/30)...Qualified for the PSAC Championships at 5000-meters and finished first in 18:26.52 at the Mansfield Invitational (4/23)...Finished the 3000-meter Steeplechase with a time of 11:29.84 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/16).
2015-16 (INDOOR) In the 3000-meter, took 15
th in a career-best 10:38.85 at the PSAC Championships (2/28)... Took second place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:44.27 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)...Set a new personal record in the mile with a time of 5:27.17 at the Bison Tune-Up (2/12)... Ran the 5000-meter run in a time of 19:00.38 at the YSU National Invite (2/5)...Qualified for PSACs in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:35.55 at the Bison Opener and Multi at Bucknell (1/29).
2015 (OUTDOOR): Finished eighth at the PSAC Championships in the 3000-steeplechase with a time of 11:46.93 (4/30)... Ran the 3000-steeplechase in a time of 12:18.34 to finish second at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Placed 42nd in the 5000-meter run with a time of 19:00.91 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Placed fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 13:01.93 at the All - American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18)
2014-15 (INDOOR): Finished with a time of 11:02.45 in the 3000-meter run and 19:52.05 in the 5000-meter run in the 2014-15 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/28)... Posted season best of 19:18.32 in the 5000-meters at the Gulden Invitational (1/24). Competed in the 3000-meter run and finished with a time of 10:48.29, placing third at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Finished the mile with a time of 5:31.49 at the Deneault Invitational (2/21)
2013-14: (INDOOR) Ran the 3000-meter in 12:16.03 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the mile in 6:08.10 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14).
