2016-17 (INDOOR):
Ran a lifetime best 42.09 at 300-meters in the Wagner College Seahawk Invitational (12/9) ... Posted a qualifying mark in the 400-meter at 1:01.12 in the Bison Opener (12/4).
2016 (OUTDOOR) Finished 16h at the PSAC Championships at 400-meters in 1:00.38 (5/13)...Qualified for the PSAC Championship in the 400-meter dash with a career-best time of 59.01 seconds at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Also ran a career-best time in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.58 seconds (4/17)...Took fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Coach P Open with a time of 1:00.78. Also placed eighth in the 200-meter dash in a time of 27.10 seconds (4/10)...Part of the 4x400 relay team that took second with a time of 4:02.91 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/26)...Took sixth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.39 at the Jim Taylor Invitational... Also finished the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.78 seconds (3/26).
2015-16: (INDOOR) In the 200-meter dash, finished with a time of 27.62 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)... Finished the 400-meter dash in 1:01.01 at the YSU National Invite (2/6)... Posted a personal best time in the 200-meter dash with a mark of 27:48 at the Bison Opener and Multi at Bucknell (1/29)... Qualified for PSACs at the Bison Open in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.44 (12/5).
2014-15: (OUTDOOR) Was apart of the 4x400 relay team that set a school record with a time of 3:58.57 at the PSAC Championships (4/30)... Was apart of the 4x400 relay team who took first place with a time of 4:16.95. Finished third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:08.98 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Placed 38th with a time of 1:00.48 in the 400-meter dash and was also a member of the 4x400 relay team which finished with a time of 4:15.41, placing 14th at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Took seventh in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.49 at the All - American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18).
2014-15 (INDOOR) Was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished tength with a time of 4:06.18 in the 2014-15 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/28)... In the 400-meters, posted a time of 1:02.59 at the Gulden Invitational (1/24). Ran a time of 1:02.87 in the 40-meters at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Finished seventh in the 300-meter dash with a time of 42.96 at the Deneault Invitational (2/21)... Was a member of the distance relay team which placed second with a time of 12:13.62 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
