Biography

Smith has gained valuable experience at offensive guard during spring practice. He is a very intelligent player and is expected to make a major contribution for the Husky rushing attack this fall.

2012: Honored as a 2012-13 Bloomsburg University Scholar-Athlete (3/10)... Was part of an offensive line that led the fifth-ranked rushing offense in Division II at 315.75 yards per game. Bloomsburg set the PSAC single-season rushing record with 3,789 yards.  The offensive line guided the leading rusher in Division II in Franklyn Quiteh (176.75) and also produced two 1,000-yard backs in consecutive seasons (2011-12), becoming the first team in the PSAC to do so. The BU offense also ranked on the BU all-time leaderboard in points scored (451 - fourth) and touchdowns (61 - second).  The offensive line allowed just two sacks in BU’s final seven games and led the PSAC and ranked seventh in Division II at 0.67 sacks allowed per game.
