Robert B. Redman Award—Senior Male Athlete of the Year
Robert Redman was head coach of the Huskies football team from 1947-51, leading his teams to undefeated seasons in 1948 and 1951 and to Pennsylvania Conference championships in 1948, 1949 and 1951. In his four seasons as head coach he completed a record of 38-4, a winning percentage of 90.5 percent. Redman was honored in 1974 when the university named its football stadium after him. He passed away in 1960.
