· 2016 NGWSD Free Basketball Clinic
o Date: Saturday, February 20, Location: NFH, Time: 10:00am Open to elementary through high school girls & boys
o Event Will Include: Basketball Clinic, Speed & Agilities Clinic, Women’s Athletic Village
· Big Brothers/Big Sisters P-Nut Bowl for Kids’ Sake Fundraiser March 19, 2016 9am-5pm
o Teams of 5, visit bbbsnepa.org and follow prompts to register their team, members, and choose a desired bowling time (1/2 hour increments) groups more than 5 create more than 1 team
o Once registered you can ask people to sponsor you/your team all sponsored money should be brought on the day of the event
o For joining you get one free game of bowling, free refreshments, music and chances to win prizes; team captains get a free-t-shirt and if you raise $50.00 you are entitled to a t-shirt too
o Helps an “at risk” child in Columbia County have a brighter, more successful future

o March 19-20, 2016 at Lock Haven University (1 male 1 female need to attend from Bloom)
· Husky Hall of Paws Fundraiser
o The entire month of March
o Each team is responsible for “selling” their allotment of paws
o Sell for $1.00 or more
o Will tape paws to wall across from Hall of Fame in NFH to see all who donated
· Husky Youth Day (Softball Outfield) (sign-up for the committee)
o Sunday, April 3, 2016 1:30-3:30pm
· Make-A-Wish Dodgeball Tournament (sing-up for the committee)
o Sunday, April 10, 2016 5pm-TBA in NFH Gym

- PSAC Sportsmanship Award
- The PSAC Sportsmanship Award will be presented to the student-athlete that best exemplifies the spirit of sportsmanship and must have demonstrated the values of respect and integrity through a specific action ideally directed toward an opponent. The nominee must have represented his/her institution in a positive way during competition. A team may be considered if extraordinary circumstances exist; otherwise, only individuals will be considered.
