#1 Newberry (19-0) - winners of the SAC Championship; only undefeated team in NCAA DII
#2 Kutztown (18-1) - fell to Shippensburg in the PSAC Championship game; only loss on the season
#3 Shippensburg (17-3) - winners of the PSAC Championship; second-straight PSAC title
#4 East Stroudsburg (16-3) - earned the #2 seed in PSAC Tournament; fell to Shippensburg in the semifinal matchup
#5 West Chester (13-6) - earned the #4 seed in PSAC Tournament, defeated IUP in the first round but fell to Kutztown in the semifinals
#6 Saint Anselm (16-5) - winners of the NE-10 Championship; currently on an eight-game win streak; 2024 NCAA National Champions
