Tyler Horst Nutritional Center



The Tyler Horst Nutritional Center was established in the Fall 2022 in memory of Tyler Horst to serve all of the Bloomsburg student-athletes.Horst Center Mural

Named for Tyler Horst, the Nutritional Center provides healthy food and beverage snack options for all Husky student-athletes to help them perform at the highest level.
 
Tyler excelled on the field and in the classroom and aspired to serve his country as a Navy SEAL. 
He passed away unexpectedly in 2021. Even though Tyler was only 22 years old, he impacted the lives of everyone around him.
 
His legacy of caring and compassion continues today with the creation of the Tyler Horst Nutritional Center. Located in Nelson Field House, the center is available to all Husky student-athletes and is sustained by the support of generous donors and supports of Bloomsburg athletics and the Tyler J. Horst Foundation. 

Sponsor a Month for Tyler



Join Bloomsburg Athletics and the Tyler J. Horst Foundation in honoring Tyler’s legacy and SPONSOR A MONTH FOR TYLER. Businesses and individuals now have a chance to sponsor the Tyler Horst Nutritional Center for an entire month with a donation of $2,000. During the sponsored month, your business or you as an individual donor will be recognized as the Tyler Horst Nutritional Center Sponsor of the Month on both the Bloomsburg Athletics social media channels and on this dedicated page to the Nutritional Center.

The donation will cover fully stocking the Tyler Horst Nutritional Center with Gatorade, muscle milk, and protein shakes, as well as nutritional light food options for all student-athletes to refuel after workouts and before classes.
