Evan Evans

Evan Evans is entering his first year as the pitching coach for the Huskies 2025-26 season.

Prior to joining the Huskies, Evans served as the pitching coach for Lycoming College (2025). At Lycoming, he helped guide the Warriors to their first postseason appearance in program history.

In 2025, Evans helped guide Joel Inman to first-team All-Landmark Conference honors leading the league with 22 appearances. Grayson Rinker and A.J. Llorente received second-team All-Landmark Conference honors. Grayson Rinker set a single-season program record for saves with 8. A.J. Llorente also earned Second-Team All-Region honors (D3baseball.com).

Evans spent the 2024 season as a student assistant coach, working with the team’s pitchers and directing technology as well as biomechanical assessments.
Evans graduated from Lycoming College in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Evans was a team captain for the squad in 2023, when he was a member of the team as a pitcher.

Before studying at Lycoming College, Evans attended Frederick Community College, where he played baseball as a pitcher, first baseman, and outfielder on the college’s team, which appeared in the NJCAA Division II Baseball World Series in 2021 and 2022.
