Frank Williams returned to the Bloomsburg coaching staff in 2013 for another stint with the Huskies. He will serve as the defensive quality control coach for the fifth consecutive season.

In his first stay with the Huskies, he spent 31 seasons as a member of the coaching staff serving under five head coaches. Williams joined Bloomsburg in 1976, took one year, in 1981, to spend the year on the Bucknell staff, and returned to the Huskies’ staff in 1982 upon George Landis’ arrival.

Williams was a four-year letterwinner at Kutztown where he was an AP Little All-American and team captain in his senior season. He was also Kutztown’s first All-American in track and a Pennsylvania Conference champion in the discus. Williams is a member of Kutztown’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

He earned his master’s degree in special education from Bloomsburg.
