Michael Hamlin begins his eighth season with the Huskies as an assistant coach with the men's basketball team in 2014-15.
Hamlin graduated from Bloomsburg in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a concentration in management. He is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of the Fels High School, where he was a member of the boy's basketball team. He was co-captain of the team as a senior.
At Bloomsburg, he was captain of the 2005 Intramural basketball team that represented Bloomsburg and won the Northeast Regional championship played at Boston University. The team also played in the national championship tournament in Atlanta that same year.
