2014 Cross Country All-American

2014
Capped her senior year by finishing 40th at the NCAA Division II National Championships and being named All-American (12/6)...Earned All-Region awards from running the course in 22:33 getting second place at the 2014 NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Championships (11/22)...Won the PSAC Championship in course-record time of  21:17. Became the second straight PSAC Champion from Bloomsburg (11/8)...Named PSAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after her first place finish in the ECAC Divison II Championships with her winning time of 21:26 for a 6k also earning All-ECAC Honors (10/26)...Earned the victory by finishing first at Husky Invitational in a time of 22:55 across the 6k course (10/11)...Finished sixth overall against highly ranked competition including many Division I runners at Louisville Classic with time of 18:03.51 (10/4)...Won the Slippery Rock Invitational to open the season finishing with a time of 22:48 on the 6k course. (9/12).

2013
Took ninth and earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships finishing in 21:11...Was 13th at the PSAC Championships with a time of 22:47 (10/26)... Finished ninth at the Penn State Nationals with a time of 21:54 (10/18)... Finished second at the Husky Invitational with a time of 18:59 (9/28)... Finished fifth at the Flat Land Invite with a time of 18:33.38 (9/7).

2012
Honored as a 2012-13 Bloomsburg University Scholar-Athlete (3/10)... Part of the team that earned 2012 Division II All-Academic Cross Country status from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (2/25)...Turned in a 57th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional championships with a time of 22:51 (11/3)...Finished 31st at the PSAC Championships in a time of 23:41 (10/20)...Grabbed a second place finish at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial with a 6k time of 24:04 (10/6)...Finished third for the Huskies and 57th overall at the Paul Short Invitational Women's Brown race in a time of 23:20 (9/28)...Secured a ninth place finish at the Division II Challenge with a time of 23:44 (9/15)...Opened up the 2012 season at the Bison Open with an eighth place finish in 18:50 (8/31).

2011
Finished the 6k course at the NCAA Division II national championships in 24:13 (11/19)...Finished 26th place at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships in a time of 23:29 (11/5)...Took 28th place at the PSAC Championships with a finishing time of 22:23 (10/22)... Finished in 6th place at the Jack St. Clair Championship with a time of 24:16 (10/8)... Took 20th in the 6k event at the Mack Cooper Invitationals at Slippery Rock with a time of 24:51.
