2013-14: (Outdoor) Ran the 3000-meter in 10:35.13 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/19). (INDOOR) Ran the 3000 meter in 11:14.68 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18).. Ran the 5000 meter in 18:50.03 at the Bison Opener (12/7)...Ran the mile in 5:23.53 at the Crusader Classic (2/8)...Ran the 3000 meter in 10:40.21 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14)...Ran the 300 meters in a season-best time of 10:38.64 at the PSAC championships (3/1).

2011-12: Took second in the 5,000 meter race at the Husky Open in a time of 19:30.18 (4/13)...Set a personal best mark at the PSAC Championships with a 11th place finish in the 5000 meter (2/25)...Qualified for PSAC's at the Bison Open with a 5000-meter time of 19:05.29 (12/3).
