2016 (OUTDOOR) Placed 16th at PSAC Championships at 5000-meters in PR time of 18:24.59 (5/14)....Qualifed for PSAC Championships at 5000-meters with a time of 18:28.81 at Mansfield Invitational (4/23)...Took eighth place in the 3000-meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 10:40.83 (4/17)...Placed ninth in the 5000-meter run with a time of 19:29.1 at the Coach P Open (4/10).
2014-15 (OUTDOOR) Placed second in the 5000-meter with a time of 18:54.95 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Finished 23rd and qualified for PSACs in the 5000-meters with a time of 18:29.96 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)...
