2013-14: (OUTDOOR) Took first in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:09.09 at the Crusader Outdoor Classic (4/5)…Ran the 400-hurdles in 1:08.96 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22)...
(INDOOR) Ran the 800 meter in 1:26.02 at the Colgate University Clas of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the 400 meter in 1:04.47 at the Crusader Classic (2/8)..Ran the 400 meter in 1:03.87 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14)...Ran the 500 meter in 1:23.95 at the 16th Annual Bison Open and Multi (1/31).

2012-13: (OUTDOOR) Finished second in the 400m hurdles in 1:10.26 at the Crusader Outdoor Classic (3/30).

2011-12: (OUTDOOR) Earned a spot in next months PSAC Championships with a 400-hurdle time of 67.80 seconds at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/21).
