Freshman Tucker Ball had the best weekend of his young career as he helped the men's swimming team close out the dual portion of the season with a victory at IUP at the two-day John A. Pidgeon Memorial. Ball helped the Huskies to four wins - three relays and one individual (200-yard backstroke). He also took second in the 100-yard butterfly with a personal-best time of 52.46.

Ball's individual win came in the the 200-yard backstroke as he posted a personal-best time of 1:56.55. The freshman posted the fastest leg (21.43) in the 200-yard freestyle relay and helped the team to a first-place time of 1:27.74. He then swam a 24.03 in the lead leg of the first-place 200-yard medley relay team (1:36.25) and posted a 52.58 lead leg of the winning 400-yard medley relay team (3:36.06). He also earned a sixth-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle with a PSAC time of 22.42.
