Freshman Logan Hile became the Huskies' latest hero as he preserved a 9-8 victory in game one against visiting East Stroudsburg on Saturday afternoon. Hile was summoned from the bullpen with runners at first and second and one out in the top of the seventh and Bloomsburg clinging to a one-run lead. After a double steal put runners at second and third, Hile got a fielder's choice groundout with the runner at third thrown out at the plate for the second out. He then retired Ben Piripavel - who had reached base in all four trips to the plate up to that point - on a flyout to left to seal the win. It was Hile's first career save in just his fourth career outing. He then pitched in game two, tossing a perfect seventh inning with a strikeout as the Huskies completed the sweep with a 7-2 win in the nightcap.
