Redshirt junior Kyle Dix won both of his individual events on Saturday morning in a dual meet at Division I Penn State University. He posted a time of 20.92 in the 50-yard freestyle, just over two-tenths of a second faster than Penn State's Matthew Dinunzio, and then won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 50.20 - exactly one-tenth of a second better than Penn State's Liam Veregin. Dix also swam on both the 200-yard medley relay and the 200-yard freestyle relay teams which each finished in third place during the meet. The latter of the relay teams actually claimed the victory with Penn State's teams swimming as an exhibition.
