MILLERSVILLE—The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team lost to Millersville on Wednesday by a score of 4-0.
The Marauders took a 1-0 lead in the 35th minute when Kyle Loughlin scored off an assist from Andrew Dukes. Millersville added a goal in the 54th minute when Justin Keefer hit the back of the net on an assist from Loughlin.
Millersville put the game out of reach with two more goals over a three minute stretch, including a second by Loughlin in the 62nd minute.
Bloomsburg falls to 2-3-1 on the season, 1-1-1 in the PSAC.
The Huskies will host West Chester on Saturday at 1 p.m. Bloomsburg will be hosting “Dogs for Brian” in honor of
Brian Savage (Elizabethtown/Elizabethtown Area) who passed away earlier this month. One of Savage's dreams was to own hot dogs stands across the country. The Huskies will celebrate that dream by selling hot dogs at their home game this weekend with West Chester. All proceeds from the event will go to the
Brian Savage (Elizabethtown/Elizabethtown Area) Memorial Scholarship fund.
