Katie Filemyr (Willow Grove/Bishop McDevitt) with a time of 22:28. Rounding out the top five was senior

Bernie Empie's team the gap from runners two to five was a mere 22 seconds which helped the team to the high placing.
In the team competition the Huskies finished behind nationally ranked teams Shippensburg, Edinboro and Lock Haven, but did surprise two other ranked teams in Mansfield and East Stroudsburg. Bloomsburg finished with 126 points compared with 64 for conference champion Shippensburg.
"Our women really stepped up today and ran an excellent race today," said coach Empie. "I am very proud of how hard they have been working to get ready for the meet."
