BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University women's tennis team dropped a PSAC match against California University (Pa.) this afternoon, 9-0.

The Huskies struggled in doubles as the Vulcans took all three matches.  BU first doubles combo Michelle Perez (Center Valley/Southern Lehigh) and Emily Palko (McMurray/Peters Township) had the closest match at 8-4.

In singles play Bloomsburg was unable to capture a match as they dropped all six.  Perez dropped her first set at first singles 6-2.  In the second she started to rally, earning a break and a hold to make it 5-3 but was broken to end the match at 6-3.

The Huskies next match is scheduled for October 13th as Bloomsburg hosts East Stroudsburg in  PSAC match-up.  Match time is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
