STORYLINE
Bloomsburg hosts a pair of key games for postseason positioning against nationally-ranked Millersville and Limestone this weekend at Sports Stadium in the final home contests of the regular season. With all three teams regionally ranked, the weekend games are important for playoff positioning.
 
LAST TIME OUT
(Box Score) The Huskies defeated Seton Hill, 3-1, on Wednesday. Megan Eppley (Camp Hill/Camp Hill) had two saves in the cage for Bloomsburg. Bloomsburg had 17 shots to Seton Hill's four shots. Seton Hill scored in the 13th minute of the game followed by a Bloomsburg goal in the 24th minute. Bloomsburg then also scored two goals in the second half 43 minutes into the game and then again in the 64th minute to secure victory.
 
SCOUTING MILLERSVILLE
Millersville holds an overall record 14-1 with a road record of 5-1. Champayne Hess leads the team with nine goals on the season.  Hess also leads the team with three game-winning goals. Marauders goalkeeper Lauren Sotzin has seven shutouts on the season with a total of 44 saves in the cage and a 0.49 goals against average.

LAST MEETING
(Box Score) On Oct. 23, 2012, Millersville defeated Bloomsburg, 2-0.  Both of Millersville's goals were scored in the second half of the game by Brittany Troutman and Katelyn Zapp. Bloomsburg took eight shots on goal and Millersville took three.
 
SCOUTING LIMESTONE
Seventh-ranked Limestone's Rachel Goromonzi leads the team with 17 of the team's 32 goals on the season. Goromonzi is ranked third for goals per game in NCAA Division II. Rebekah Baker leads Limestone with seven assists for the team. Starting goalkeeper Lindsay Hinton has 72 saves on the season.

THREE HUSKIES SCORE FIRST GOALS OF THE SEASON
Three Huskies contributed their first goals of the season in Wednesday's win at Seton Hill. Stephanie Halsted (Fairfax Station, VA/South County) scored her first goal off of an assist from Eleanor Kirby (Garnet Valley/Garnet Valley) in the 23 minute of the game. In the second half Jaclyn Beasley (Berlin, NJ/Eastern) scored her first goal of the season seven minutes into the half, then Laura Gerhard (Catasauqua/Catasauqua) scored her first career goal to complete the scoring.
 
IN THE RANKINGS
Bloomsburg holds down its spot from the previous week as sixth in the NFHCA Division II standings. In the first NCAA regional rankings of the season, Bloomsburg is ranked fourth for the South Region.  Also ranked are Bloomsburg's competitors for the weekend. Millersville is ranked second while Limestone is ranked fifth in the South Region.
