SCOUTING GOLDEY-BEACOM
Goldey-Beacom enters Sunday's game with a 4-2 record and a three-game winning streak. The Lightning scored wins over Georgian Court (63-57) and PSAC members Lock Haven (50-47) and Shippensburg (72-61) during the recent winning streak after dropping a 57-55 heartbreaker to the University of the Sciences on Nov. 12. The Lightning opened the season by splitting its first two games, defeating Franklin Pierce, 80-71, on Nov. 8 before falling to the College of Saint Rose, 68-53, on Nov. 9.

Players to Watch
Lillian Chukwueze, junior guard – Averaging 15.5 points per game, Chukwueze has led the Lightning in scoring in four games thus far. She scored 28 points to lead Goldey-Beacom to a 63-57 victory over Georgian Court this past Tuesday.

Chelsea Grover, junior forward – Grover has paced the team in scoring in two contests this year while averaging 12.2 points per game. She was named the MVP of the Wolf Bus Lines Classic hosted by Shippensburg last month, leading the Lightning to a pair of wins at the tournament by averaging 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while shooting 11-of-19 from the field.

THE BLOOMSBURG-GOLDEY-BEACOM SERIES
Series tied, 1-1
The Huskies and Lightning have met just twice with each school taking one victory. Goldey-Beacom scored a 70-57 win on Dec. 29, 2009 on its home floor. In the only meeting at Nelson Field House, the Huskies were victorious, 78-47, on Nov. 28, 2008.

WHEN LAST WE MET
These two schools have not met in women's basketball in nearly four years, last meeting on Dec. 29, 2009. The Lightning trailed early by as many as 10 points in the first half, but cut the lead to 34-29 at halftime. In the second half, the two teams exchanged the lead five times, but Goldey-Beacom pulled away down the stretch to secure the win while holding the Huskies to 31 percent shooting.

STARTING OFF STRONG
Bloomsburg will attempt to move to 4-1 when it plays Goldey-Beacom on Sunday. The Huskies have started 4-1 or better through five games every year since 2009-10.

PROTECT HOME COURT
The Huskies hope to even their home mark at 1-1 after dropping their home opener to Millersville on Nov. 20. Bloomsburg has not lost back-to-back games at Nelson Field House since Jan. 3-4, 2011 vs. IUP and California. Bloomsburg is 38-8 at home since the start of the 2010-11 season.

EARLY SCORING
Just four games into the regular season, the Huskies own the highest scoring offense in the PSAC at 85.5 points per game. West Chester and Millersville are tied for second at 83.5 points per game.
